Everything changed decades ago when I learned that the frequency, acquisition, application, and repetition of new skills or practices are “the mother of all learning”. From there, we can never forego coaching and feedback.

MONTHLY MEETINGS
In general, each cohort (group) meets monthly via Zoom. The opportunity for greater frequency is built into the process. Everything we do is designed for convenience, your busy schedule, and to support your success.
QUARTERLY BUSINESS REVIEWS
Feedback is critical for growth because “you can’t grow if you don’t know”. To support this, once per quarter your Personal Board of Directors (aka your Sisters) will review each other’s quarterly agency results to plan and provide critical feedback and suggestions.
ACCOUNTABILITY AND COACHING
A system of accountability is designed into the program, and mentoring or coaching is available upon request without extra cost.
